🔹 What You’ll Be Leading
✔ Full software development lifecycle for large-scale platforms
✔ Frontend & Backend engineering teams
✔ Architecture of highly scalable web systems
✔ Technical strategy, vision & long-term roadmap
✔ Deployment, platform stability & engineering excellence
✔ Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Sales
✔ Engineering KPIs, SOPs, and agile delivery practices

🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 10+ years in software engineering & architecture
✅ Proven leadership managing large engineering teams
✅ Expertise in scalable web technologies
(Python / PHP / .NET / Node.js or similar stacks)
✅ Strong background in system architecture & distributed systems
✅ Experience delivering complex web & mobile applications
✅ Deep understanding of Agile engineering practices
