The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring utmost customer satisfaction ratings, conduct customer survey studies, review VOC data and present insights to the management, escalate customer issues to concerned departments for timely resolution, recommend effective solutions to resolve customer complaints and conduct customer service trainings for front end staff and CRM Team.
