Requirements

• 5-8 years of risk management experience in a leadership role at a lending company, preferably a FinTech
• Commercial/business mindset
• Ideally further qualifications such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), or Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF)
• Professional level of English; fluency in Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities

• Setting up the risk department and putting necessary processes in place
• Leading a team of 6 risk managers and analysts
• Developing, implementing, and refining mid- and long-term strategies for credit risk in relation to the company's products
