Description:

As the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the IT staff augmentation industry, with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant experience. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful acquisition of new clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their IT staffing needs, and positioning our services as the solution of choice.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing business development team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling proposals that effectively address client needs and differentiate our services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Drive successful negotiations and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports to the executive team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IT staff augmentation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win scenarios for the company and clients.
