The leading role in Management Company will play a pivotal role in structuring, launching, and leading the company in alignment with international standards. This position requires a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in building and property management companies, preferably in Dubai, and the ability to transfer global best practices to the Pakistan market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Leadership: Develop organizational structure, roles, SOPs, and governance models aligned with international market practices.
• Company Setup: Establish and operationalize the management company based on UAE frameworks.
• Operations Management: Lead end-to-end operations including property, facilities, and asset management functions.
• Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and lead senior and mid-level management teams.
• Financial Discipline: Ensure budgeting, cost control, and reporting structures with strong financial governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop tenants, owner, and stakeholder engagement models consistent with international standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry benchmarks.
• Systems & Reporting: Implement systems and reporting tools similar to those used in leading UAE management companies.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive service excellence, innovation, and long-term asset value enhancement.

Candidate Profile: Experience: 10+ years in real estate, property, or facilities management.

Education: Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred.

Background: Significant senior-level experience in a UAE-based management company, preferably Dubai.

Track Record: Proven success in setting up or scaling management company operations.

Expertise: Strong understanding of UAE property management models, SOPs, and governance.

Adaptability: Ability to transfer international best practices to the Pakistan market.
