Description:

Uniferoz (Pvt) Ltd., a leading company in the Skin Care, OTC, and Medical products segment in Pakistan, is looking for a Head of Brand (Consumer) to oversee and drive its brand strategy, management, and marketing initiatives. The company, known for its well-recognized brands SANIPLAST, SANIDERM, NICHIPORE, and DERMAPORE, follows CGMP standards and holds certifications from US FDA, ISO 13485:2016, and CE.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing public relations efforts to strengthen Uniferoz’s market presence in Pakistan and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market positioning.
• Oversee brand management and marketing initiatives for Uniferoz’s consumer brands.
• Drive brand marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Manage public relations activities to strengthen brand reputation.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop strategic brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across operations.
• Utilize analytical and strategic thinking to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, brand management, and brand marketing.
• Experience in developing and executing brand strategies successfully.
• Proven track record in marketing and public relations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
