Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Architecture & Design at the group level. This is an Executive Leadership Position under the Vision Group umbrella, responsible for shaping the architectural and interior design vision across ParkView City and other portfolio companies. The role demands international exposure, strategic leadership, and the ability to align design excellence with business growth and revenue generation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for architecture and interior design across ParkView City and Vision Group portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with CEO and senior leadership to align design vision with business goals
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (architects, interior designers, creative strategists).
- Ensure compliance, innovation, and international design standards.
- Responsible for generating revenue for the company by creating opportunities and providing design‑driven services that enhance project value and market competitiveness
- Represent Vision Group’s design leadership in external forums and partnerships.
- Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Interior Design, or Urban Planning.
- Experience: 10 to 12+ years of leadership experience in architecture and interior design
- Proven track record of managing large‑scale housing/commercial projects
- International exposure and ability to integrate global design practices
- Strong business management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
