Your Key Responsibilities:

· Handle all guest house bookings and coordinate check-ins/check-outs.

· Maintain guest records and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience.

· Coordinate with restaurants and tour partners for bookings and arrangements.

· Market our tour packages through social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

· Provide timely and professional communication to clients and partners.

· Assist in creating content for promotions and marketing campaigns.

· Monitor reviews and feedback to improve services.
