Gtm & Outbound Growth Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly execution-focused GTM & Outbound Growth Specialist to build and scale our outbound engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold email campaigns, and outbound sales, especially within IT services, software development, or agency environments.

You will be responsible for owning the full outbound pipeline—from ICP definition to campaign execution, optimization, and lead qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles)

• Build targeted lead lists (CTOs, Founders, Hiring Managers)

• Lead sourcing via Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo

• Data enrichment (emails, hiring signals, tech stack)

• Setup email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

• Launch & manage cold email campaigns using tools (Instantly / Smartlead / Lemlist)

• Write & optimize 4–6 step sequences with personalization

• Handle replies, qualify leads & book meetings

• Manage CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive)

• Run A/B tests to improve deliverability & conversions

 

Must-Have:

• 2–5 years in B2B outbound / lead generation

• Experience selling IT services / software / agencies (mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience in cold email & lead scraping

• Understanding of email deliverability basics

• Experience with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, HubSpot
