Description:
We are looking for a Growth & User Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in building, executing, monitoring, and optimizing end-to-end digital funnels.
The ideal candidate should understand how to generate leads, nurture them, monitor campaign performance, and improve conversions through strong funnel strategy, automation, email marketing, WhatsApp/DM automation, and AI-led landing page development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute end-to-end user acquisition funnels.
- Create and optimize landing pages, funnel pages, quizzes, and lead generation journeys.
- Set up and manage nurturing flows through Mailchimp email sequences.
- Work with ManyChat and similar tools for WhatsApp/DM automation and lead nurturing.
- Monitor live campaigns, track results, and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
- Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Suggest improvements to increase lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Track leads through the funnel and improve conversion at each stage.
- Support campaign strategy, targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Use AI tools like Claude and similar platforms to support landing page copy, quiz creation, funnel assets, and testing ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and optimized regularly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, performance marketing, or funnel management.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, nurturing, reporting, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, ManyChat, landing pages, quizzes, and automation tools.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance and suggest practical improvements.
- Comfortable using AI tools for campaign, funnel, and landing page development.
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently.
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- This is a full-time contractual role for 3 months, with the potential to convert into a long-term full-time position based on performance.
