Business Development Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝐁𝐃𝐑) with strong exposure to the BPO industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and available to join immediately.

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO industry.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with company services.
  • Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the company’s overall business expansion.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

 

  • 2–3 years of solid experience in Business Development, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
