Description:
As a Growth Specialist in Recruitment, you will drive the sales of company products by developing strong client relationships and delivering our game-based recruitment solutions. You’ll combine your knowledge of talent management with strong interpersonal skills to support our client acquisition and engagement initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct demos to showcase our recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain organized client lists for streamlined relationship management.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting local and international markets, focusing on recruitment solutions.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn and other networks.
- Manage social media with a focus on promoting our recruitment solutions.
- Plan, organize, and participate in industry events focused on talent acquisition.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to game-based recruitment.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to recruitment solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Talent Management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with experience in client engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
