We are seeking a results-oriented Growth & Performance Marketer to lead marketing, sales support, and user acquisition initiatives across digital platforms. This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, B2B and SaaS growth strategies, and data-driven campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will not only manage campaigns but also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to build, train, and manage a marketing team, ensuring consistent execution and scalable growth. Core Responsibilities 1) Paid Advertising & User Acquisition • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms • Optimize campaigns for conversions, revenue, and return on investment • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as acquisition cost and conversion rate • Scale high-performing campaigns and reduce underperforming spend • Implement targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies 2) B2B & SaaS Marketing • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting business clients • Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize lead quality • Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates • Align marketing initiatives with sales pipeline and revenue targets • Support sales teams with qualified lead generation and funnel optimization 3) App Store Optimization (ASO) • Optimize keywords, titles, descriptions, and visual assets • Improve conversion rates from store visits to installs • Monitor keyword rankings and performance metrics • Manage user reviews and ratings to enhance visibility and credibility 4) Funnel & Conversion Optimization • Analyze the full customer journey from acquisition to conversion • Identify drop-off points and implement improvements • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, and user flows • Improve activation, retention, and monetization performance 5) Analytics & Performance Tracking • Track and analyze marketing performance across all channels • Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports • Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities 6) Budget & ROI Management • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively • Ensure campaigns meet profitability and performance targets • Forecast acquisition costs and revenue growth • Continuously optimize spending efficiency Leadership & Team Management Responsibilities The candidate must: • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills • Recruit, hire, and onboard marketing team members • Build and manage a performance-driven marketing team • Assign roles, responsibilities, and performance targets • Train team members on tools, processes, and best practices • Monitor team productivity and campaign performance • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions • Ensure accountability for marketing results and KPIs • Coordinate with sales, product, and management teams Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in performance marketing • Strong experience in B2B marketing • Strong experience in SaaS-based businesses • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience • Experience hiring and managing marketing teams • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Cost Per Lead (CPL) • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) • Conversion Rate • Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate • Revenue Growth • Marketing ROI • Team Performance Metrics
