At On Spot, we’re building Pakistan’s fastest-growing sports-tech platform — making it effortless to discover, book, and play at sports facilities.

We’re looking for a street-smart fresh graduate who’s hungry to learn, ready to hustle, and excited to take ownership. Your first mission will be to onboard sports facilities (vendors) onto the On Spot platform. Once we build that foundation, your role will quickly grow into on-ground marketing, user acquisition, and organizing tournaments & events at partner venues.

What You’ll Do

• Vendor Onboarding (initial focus): Meet and convince sports facility owners (futsal courts, padel clubs, cricket grounds, etc.) to join On Spot.
• On-Ground Marketing & Sales: Execute marketing activations at arenas, universities, and local hotspots to bring new users on board.
• Community Building: Arrange and organize tournaments/events with partner venues to drive engagement and visibility.
• Relationship Management: Act as the bridge between On Spot, vendors, and the sports community.
• Digital Savvy: Support basic social media marketing and contribute ideas for campaigns.

  • Strong communication and networking skills; existing connections in sports facilities are a big plus.
  • Tech- and digitally savvy; basic knowledge of social media marketing is preferred.
  • A “get your hands dirty” mindset — you’re excited to be in the field, meeting people, solving problems, and making things happen.
