We’re hiring a hands-on, execution-focused digital marketer with a strong academic background. This role is for someone with raw passion, creative thinking, and a data-driven mindset, looking to work at the intersection of marketing and artificial intelligence.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing, AI-backed marketing startup that is redefining how brands acquire customers, build communities, and scale online. This is not a strategic managerial role, it’s ideal for someone who wants to get their hands dirty with content creation, SEO, CRO, and community engagement, while learning from senior industry mentors.
Responsibilities
- Create conversion-focused content using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO
- Optimize for SEO and generative AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Google SGE, and Perplexity
- Manage blog content, landing pages, and social media presence across multiple channels
- Build and grow online communities on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, IndieHackers, and Product Hunt
- Execute and test conversion rate optimization strategies to improve landing page and campaign performance
- Monitor and shape the company’s online brand reputation using sentiment tracking and listening tools
- Leverage analytics platforms like GA4, Google Search Console, and heatmaps to guide and improve execution
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets
Requirement
- Possess exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, near-native or native fluency
- Someone who loves marketing, branding, and creative storytelling
- A data-driven thinker with the ability to analyze what’s working and what’s not
- Highly familiar with SEO principles, content marketing frameworks, and CRO techniques
- Passionate about AI and eager to work with the latest tools in marketing automation and optimization
- Highly proactive, dependable, and excited to be part of a startup culture where speed and learning matter
- Experience using tools like SurferSEO, SEMrush, Canva, Notion, Hotjar, or Buffer
- Exposure to CRO tools or frameworks like A/B testing, funnel analysis, or heatmaps
- Worked in a startup or high-growth marketing environment before
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills

- 2-3 years' of marketing experience
