Description:
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to lead and execute our marketing efforts. You'll play a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales for a growing brand in the interior finishes and building materials space.
This role combines digital performance marketing with brand storytelling — ideal for someone who’s analytical yet creative, and passionate about design-driven industries.
Key Accountabilities:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
- Experience with B2B/B2C marketing (preferably in design, construction, or D2C brands)
- Strong grasp of performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation)
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making
- Bonus: Experience with CRMs, marketing automation tools, or field marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategy (online and offline)
- Manage campaigns (social, email, paid ads, SEO)
- Coordinate website, content calendar, and events
- Analyze performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Liaise with sales, product, and external vendors (e.g., designers)
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing field - digital or growth marketing
- Proven experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing — ideally in design, construction, or D2C product sectors
- Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools
- Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to brand-building and campaign execution
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
