AI4LYF is seeking a world-class Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and growth for its suite of mobile apps. The ideal candidate is a seasoned expert who has previously launched and scaled mobile apps, with a passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Acquisition & App Growth

   • Own the entire user acquisition funnel focused on installs, subscriptions, and retention.

   • Drive organic downloads through ASO, referral programs, content strategy, and UGC.

   • Launch campaigns for global markets (especially USA and UK), targeting chronic disease segments like asthma and COPD.

   • Implement viral growth strategies using influencer marketing, Reddit/Discord tactics, and community-driven initiatives.

2. Data-Driven Optimization

   • Analyze and improve key performance indicators: install-to-signup, retention, LTV, CAC, ROI.

   • Execute A/B testing on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and onboarding.

   • Utilize tools like Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, and others for performance optimization.

3. Campaigns & Community

   • Lead social content and growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.

   • Build ambassador/affiliate programs linked to Amazon, iHerb, Vitacost, etc.

   • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and healthcare voices to drive trust and scale.

4. Revenue and Conversion Growth

   • Increase subscription and affiliate revenue through optimized funnels.

   • Work closely with product and tech teams to improve user experience and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of 5+ years in growth marketing, including 2+ years in mobile apps.

• Demonstrated success in health, fitness, wellness, or consumer tech app growth.

• Expert knowledge in organic growth strategies, ASO, SEO/SEM, influencer and referral marketing.

• Skilled with growth analytics tools like Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, Appsflyer.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

• Action-oriented mindset with rapid testing and iteration abilities.
