Growth Marketer

Description:

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who is driven, curious, and execution-focused. This role is centered around client acquisition, outreach, and growth experimentation. You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, reach potential clients, and build scalable growth systems.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and hunt potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels

Execute LinkedIn outreach and lead generation campaigns

Assist in cold email campaigns and follow-ups

Research target markets, industries, and decision-makers

Track outreach performance and optimize messaging

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on growth

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence in outreach and client conversations

Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to experiment

Basic understanding of digital marketing and growth concepts

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, or CRM systems is a plus
