Growth & Liveops Analyst

Description:

Rocket Fuel is looking for a highly analytical individual to help launch and grow Roblox games for globally recognised entertainment brands.

This is a cross-functional role combining product analytics, LiveOps, community management, and growth marketing. You'll work closely with our production and development teams to improve player acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse player behaviour and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track KPIs such as retention, session length, funnels and conversion rates.
• Manage our Roblox and Discord communities.
• Plan and execute LiveOps events and engagement initiatives.
• Research competitors and Roblox trends.
• Build and optimise landing pages.
• Test ad creatives and messaging to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for games and player psychology.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Highly organised, proactive and eager to learn.
• Experience with Discord, Roblox, digital marketing or analytics tools is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical ability are encouraged to apply.
