Description:
As a Growth Associate, you will help us grow our business by finding new clients and building relationships with them. You'll use online tools like LinkedIn and email to connect with potential customers, create landing pages to attract visitors, and manage our customer database (CRM) to keep everything organized. Your work will directly help the company grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Finding Prospects: Find and research potential business clients using LinkedIn and other online tools to understand who might need our services.
- Online Communication: Send personalized messages through LinkedIn, email, and our chat systems to connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Building Relationships: Talk with interested prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, and see if our services would be a good fit for them.
- Setting Up Meetings: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our team for deeper conversations about how we can help their business.
- Managing Client Information: Keep organized records of all conversations and progress using our CRM system (customer management software).
- Working with the Team: Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to improve how we find and connect with potential clients.
- Tracking Results: Monitor how well our outreach efforts are working and share insights to help improve our processes.
- Supporting Marketing: Help create landing pages and marketing materials that help attract and convert potential clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or client communication (fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM platforms, including GoHighLevel, and Klaviyo, is preferred
- Interest in learning about marketing automation tools and online communication platforms
- Excitement about using AI and new technology for marketing and business growth
- Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where results matter
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
