B-Tech/DAE Electrical

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years

Skills:

• Automation & Controlling Skills.

• Programming of electrical devices (PLC, Inverters, HMI).

• Root cause analysis of equipment failure

• Shop floor management skills

• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Hands on trouble shooting and Processes, Conveyors, Overhead Burners, Air Supply & Exhaust Systems.

• Hands on experience on Siemens PLC (S7-1500, S7-1200 & S7-300) and Siemens Drives.

• Good knowledge of electrical, instrumentation & automation system.

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance planning & execution.

• Root cause analysis of breakdowns & monitoring of Maintenance KPI's.

• Spare parts management and cost saving activities.

• Able to manage & lead Maintenance Team during plant operation.

• Maintain records of maintenance, downtime, history cards etc.

• Ensure safety compliance on floor level (PPES, LOTO, Work Permits etc.).

• Execute daily operations of the maintenance department.

• Develop check sheets as per OEM recommendation.

• To identify and contributes in efficiency improvement projects.
