Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of business units and the organizational strategy
  • Monitor monthly performance against established KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Oversee Treasury Back Office operations, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in transactions
  • Supervise the organization's administration system and general workflows
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Equity Back Office
  • Establish and maintain a succession plan for management positions, identifying and nurturing talent
  • Ensure efficient processes, compliance with audit findings, and timely closure of audit issues
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in products, services, and operations, considering external environmental changes
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors/Master’s degree in relevant field

15-18 years of relevant experience in Financial sector will be preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong expertise in credit administration, risk management, and compliance
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Strong Leadership Qualities
