The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for minimalistic design, a passion for creating visually stunning content, and the ability to follow current market trends.

As an Associate Designer, you will work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. Your work will involve creating graphics, promotional videos, social media assets, short animations, and other branding materials to support a wide variety of campaigns and product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and animated visual content for social media, digital ads, and web platforms

• Edit promotional and brand videos using industry-standard software

• Create short animations and motion graphics to enhance content engagement

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop visual identities for campaigns

• Stay updated with current design and animation trends to produce fresh, market-relevant content

• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while working within brand guidelines

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Strong sense of minimalist design and visual balance

• Understanding of modern design aesthetics and industry trends

• Ability to work independently and take creative ownership

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is a plus
