Description:
We’re looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling visual content across all our digital platforms—including social media, reels, ads, web graphics, and print materials. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in design, but also has solid video editing capabilities and understands how to create scroll-stopping, on-brand visuals that align with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and brand-consistent graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media (with captions, transitions, sound, effects, etc.)
- Develop creative assets for digital ads, email marketing, website, and presentations
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign concepts and bring them to life visually
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all content
- Occasionally design print materials (e.g., flyers, packaging, business cards)
- Stay updated on design trends and social media content formats
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional graphic design and video editing experience (freelance or agency work acceptable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (for graphics)
- Premiere Pro and After Effects (for video editing)
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for fast turnarounds
- Experience in editing videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Strong sense of design, color, layout, and typography
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Understanding of social media trends and platform specifications
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles is a bonus
