Description:

TechCuber is on the lookout for a Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer who thrives on creativity, visual storytelling, and brand-building across multiple platforms. This is a full-time onsite night shift opportunity designed for professionals who are passionate about design and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong command over visual hierarchy, and the ability to design across print, packaging, and digital formats. You’ll work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality deliverables that elevate brand messaging and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually impactful product packaging that reflects brand values and resonates with the target audience.

• Develop compelling print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and posters, ensuring effective use of layout and typography.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, tailored for different formats and audiences.

• Design unique and brand-aligned logos and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align visual assets with campaign goals.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in every design element, ensuring high-quality output.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual flow.

• Good grasp of branding principles and storytelling through design.

• Awareness of UX and interaction design fundamentals.

Preferred Extras (Not Mandatory but a Plus):

• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools.

• Familiarity with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.

Timings:

• 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM – Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
