As a Designer at Conglo, you will play a key role in shaping the visual language of our digital presence and marketing campaigns. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas, craft polished visuals, and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing eye-catching digital content including social media visuals, presentations, web assets, and promotional material.

  • Collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into engaging visual communications.

  • Developing visuals that are aligned with brand identity and current design trends.

  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Maintaining and updating a comprehensive design library and brand assets.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices in visual storytelling.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in digital design and branding.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.

  • Good understanding of brand aesthetics, composition, typography, and color theory.

  • Ability to create visuals that resonate with diverse digital audiences.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • A passion for creativity and a keen eye for design trends.
