We sell internationally—on Amazon, Shopify, and wholesale channels—and are committed to marrying traditional craftsmanship with modern design. As we scale our digital presence, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to shape our visual story across packaging, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Identity & Guidelines
- Evolve and maintain our visual identity (color palettes, typography, iconography).
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: packaging, website, social media, ads, and printed collateral.
- E-commerce & Amazon Content
- Design Amazon A+ Content modules, infographics, and lifestyle overlays compliant with Amazon’s image guidelines.
- Create banner graphics and promotional assets for Shopify and other online storefronts.
- Marketing & Advertising
- Produce high-impact visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Google ads.
- Collaborate with the PPC team to A/B-test creatives and optimize CTR/ROI.
- Packaging & Print
- Layout and finalize dielines for towel packaging, tags, and inserts.
- Coordinate with printers to ensure color accuracy and print quality.
- Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the photography/videography team to storyboard shoots and retouch product imagery.
- Adapt designs for email campaigns, newsletters, and point-of-sale materials.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze asset performance metrics and iterate on designs to boost engagement and conversions.
- Stay up to date on design trends, textile branding, and e-commerce best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years as a graphic designer, ideally with consumer goods or textile brands.
- Proven experience designing for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for rapid prototyping.
- Basic video-editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) are advantageous.
- Design Strengths:
- Strong layout, typography, and color-theory skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
- Soft Skills:
- Clear communicator in English and Urdu.
- Collaborative mindset; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects to deadline.
