Job Location: Faisalabad-onsite, with accommodation provided for out-of-town candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative concepts and designs for both print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements, translating them into visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our message.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Proven 2 to 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing your creative work. Please include a link to your portfolio in your Resume/CV. (Please note that applications will not be considered without a portfolio showcasing your creative work)
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), as well as Figma.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
