Description:

The Project General Manager will be entrusted with overseeing the comprehensive development and execution of the "Yazdaan Heights" project in Gilgit. This role entails managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from inception and planning to construction and delivery.

Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer at Yazdaan Heights, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing collateral, including:

• Engaging and innovative social media posts
• Stunning website designs
• Project catalogs and booklets
• Eye-catching banners and flyers
• Video editing and more!

Additionally, your role will include video editing for promotional videos, virtual property tours, and other multimedia content to captivate our audience and bring our projects to life.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with video editing skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills, including video editing samples
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience working with a real estate company is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and deliver exceptional designs and videos that align with our brand identity
