We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer at Koraspond, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and innovative designs across various platforms, including packaging, menu design, and other related projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and contribute to our brand's success.

Responsibilities:

Packaging Design: Create eye-catching and functional packaging designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Menu Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly menu designs for our restaurant or food-related businesses, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Graphic Design: Produce high-quality graphics for marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their objectives.

Concept Development: Generate creative design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups, and present them for approval.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and brand guidelines across all materials.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and improve their effectiveness.

File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources for easy accessibility.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging and menu design work.

Proficiency: Mastery of design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet project deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing design trends and technologies.

Experience in Packaging: Specific experience in packaging design is highly preferred.

Education:

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
