Graphic Designer

Description:

SmartUp Digital is currently looking for a designer with creative skills and a portfolio which demonstrates their passion for design. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of experience working with numerous different design platforms, especially digital.


Title: Graphic Designer

Level: Entry

Type: Office-based

Timings: 10AM - 6PM


Responsibilities:

~ Collaborate with Brand Manager to ensure consistency of designs across platforms

~ Design posts on a weekly basis for all platforms

~ Create compelling and effective designs for digital media

~ Maintain awareness of current design standards, social media, competitive landscape and design trends


This role is full of learning and opportunity to grow in design. With time, the designer will be taking lead on designing online marketing campaign collateral along with newsletter, merchandise etc, perfecting visual brand guidelines and improving the brand look with time under direction from Brand Manager and the creative team.


Qualifications:

~ Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Business or relevant

~ Up to 1 year of experience in graphic design

~ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects

~ Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
