Graduate Management Trainee

Description:

This is a hands-on internship position for a Graduate Management Trainee(s) based in Karachi. The trainee(s) will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as assisting with project management, participating in strategic planning, and supporting internal operations. Collaborating with various departments, the role will include research, report preparation, and execution of assigned projects. This is a Paid, on-site role offers the chance to learn and grow within a dynamic, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with team collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the capability to perform research and gather insights.
• Familiarity with project coordination and basic knowledge of business management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, HR, Management, or a related field; fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.
