Change Mechanics Pvt Ltd is looking to hire fresh graduates for a full time Islamabad based (E-11/2) Graduate Management Trainee position. The company works in the domains of innovation and entrepreneurship and works closely with Incubators and accelerators besides managing the startup knowledge platform www.startup.pk and the WECON Movement (for women entrepreneurs). We provide training and mentoring for startups and SME's. The trainees who successfully complete the three month probation will be offered full time contractual positions.

We are looking for people with critical thinking skills, who are curious and creative and look beyond the surface solutions. Please share at least two paragraphs on why you feel you should be considered. Salary during probation PKR 26000 (all inclusive).

Responsibilities

• Undertake Research on given tasks
• Create Presentations
• Build proposals with the team
• Meet the timelines of given assignments
• Assist in the social media strategy and campaigns

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate
• Some understanding of the Pakistan Entrepreneurship landscape
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
