At 10x, we're building Dubai’s fastest and smartest home services brand across maintenance, fit-out contracting, and home automation. As we scale, we need an SEO expert who understands how to win on Google and generate consistent inbound leads.

Your role is to build and execute a strong SEO strategy that drives organic visibility, ranks our pages for commercial keywords, and creates a foundation for Google online lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-page SEO (metadata, schema, content structure, internal linking).
• Audit and optimize site speed, mobile usability, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and align with high-converting customer intents.
• Build backlink profiles through ethical and effective link-building techniques.
• Optimize Google Business Profile for local SEO (Dubai market).
• Coordinate with content creators to develop blog/landing page strategies.
• Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
• Create monthly reports on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and lead potential.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience, especially for service-based businesses.
• Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
• Understanding of conversion-focused SEO – not just traffic, but leads.
• Experience with local SEO (especially for UAE or similar markets).
• Must be proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented.
• Fluent in English – written and verbal.
• Experience working with international/Dubai-based clients.
• Understanding of Wix, or other CMS platforms.
• Ability to suggest tools or automations for scaling SEO processes.
