Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Execute campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, tracking, and optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and overall KPIs
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research
- Manage client onboarding and advertising account setup
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve client ROI
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns within an agency or digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, conversion tracking, and optimization strategies
- Experience with lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
