Google Ads Specialist

Description:

Lyzoo Growth is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, build, manage, and optimize full-funnel Google Ads campaigns for both lead-generation and e-commerce clients across relevant markets.
• Manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube, selecting campaign types and structures based on business objectives.
• Develop and optimize campaign and ad-group structures, Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), assets, audience signals, product groups, and landing-page strategies.
• Manage and optimize bidding strategies including tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, Maximize Conversion Value, and Maximize Clicks, based on campaign objectives and available data.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, impression share, revenue, conversion value, and lead quality.
 
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency managing multiple client accounts.
• Proven experience managing both lead-generation and e-commerce/conversion campaigns, including responsibility for budgets, optimization, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong technical understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, keyword strategy, match types, bidding, search intent, audiences, and campaign scaling.
• Strong command of performance marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, ROAS, AOV, revenue, conversion value, and impression share, with the ability to connect platform performance to actual business results.
