Omicom Group Media is currently hiring a Google Ads Specialist to join its remote Marketing team. This part-time opportunity (20–25 hours per week) is perfect for professionals who thrive in a flexible work environment while working on a wide variety of impactful digital campaigns. The position is fully remote, enabling candidates to work from anywhere while managing ad strategies for a global audience.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max. You will conduct in-depth keyword and audience research, manage campaign budgets, and analyze performance data to provide strategic insights and improvements. This position requires a solid background in digital advertising, specifically Google Ads, and experience working in collaborative marketing environments.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns across various formats
Conduct keyword research and target audience segmentation
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA) and provide actionable reports
Optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversion
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment
Essential Requirements:
2–3 years of experience with hands-on Google Ads campaign management
Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and performance metrics
Current role in a marketing team (especially involving multi-tasking or agency collaboration)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Self-driven with excellent time-management skills in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads certification
Familiarity with other ad platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
Experience working with marketing teams at SMBs in U.S. or international markets
