We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at [Your Company Name]. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve marketing goals across various projects. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget optimization.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Work with the internal Marketing team to ensure campaigns align with company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically within Marketing teams across multiple companies.
Currently employed in a Marketing role at one or more companies (preference for multi-tasking Marketing teams or agencies).
Proficient in tools like Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
Deep understanding of ROI optimization, A/B testing, and key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to create actionable reports.
Capable of working independently and managing time in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads certification or experience with additional ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Prior work with Marketing teams at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in the U.S. or global markets.
