Zsolutionz LLC is looking for an experienced Google Ads (PPC) Specialist to manage and optimize Google Search campaigns focused on internet and telecom lead generation.

We are looking for someone who can generate qualified leads at an efficient cost and help us scale campaigns across different cities and ZIP codes.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Set up and manage targeted Google Search Ads campaigns
• Target specific cities and ZIP codes
• Conduct high-intent keyword research
• Create conversion-focused ad copy
• Set up and manage conversion tracking for forms and phone calls
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Reduce cost-per-lead and improve conversion rates
• Identify negative keywords and minimize wasted ad spend
• Provide weekly performance reports
• Scale successful campaigns into new markets

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns
• Strong experience in local lead generation
• Experience with geo-targeted campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, keywords, and campaign optimization
• Experience in telecom, home services, insurance, solar, or similar industries is a plus
• Ability to work with a controlled starting budget
• Strong analytical and communication skills
