Napollo Software Design is looking for a Google Ads Expert who can drive real business results through high-performing campaigns. If you have strong technical expertise and a proven track record in scaling campaigns for IT, SaaS, E-commerce, and service-based businesses, we want to hear from you!

📍 Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (Onsite)
🕒 Timings: 4 PM – 1 AM
📅 Job Type: Full-time

🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Build, optimize & scale campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube)
• Drive sales, leads & inbound calls through performance marketing
• Optimize Quality Score, Ad Rank & bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, etc.)
• Conduct search term analysis & negative keyword segmentation
• Manage Performance Max campaigns with structured asset groups
• Handle conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) & troubleshoot issues
• Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages & audience strategies
• Perform technical audits & improve funnel performance

🛠️ Key Skills:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) – Certified preferred
• Strong expertise in GA4 & Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce
• Data analysis using Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets
• CRO, attribution modeling & performance forecasting
• Ability to manage $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend

✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven results in scaling campaigns for IT/SaaS/E-commerce
• Strong analytical, reporting & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
