Description:

WizVend is looking for a data-driven Paid Media Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage and scale eCommerce advertising campaigns for international clients.

🔑 Core ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads (Primary Responsibility)

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
  • Manage Google Merchant Center (feeds, disapprovals, optimizations)
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation

Shopify & Conversion Tracking

  • Strong understanding of Shopify store structures and funnels
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using:
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Pixel
  • Identify and resolve tracking issues impacting performance

Facebook / Meta Ads

  • Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
  • Manage full-funnel strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retargeting)
  • Lead creative testing (audiences, creatives, formats)
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly

Social Media Marketing (Strategic Level)

  • Contribute to overall social media marketing strategy
  • Align paid campaigns with organic social efforts
  • Provide performance-based input on content direction

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and stakeholders
  • Communicate performance clearly to non-technical clients

✅ Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads
  • Proven experience with eCommerce brands (Shopify preferred)
  • Strong command of:
  • Google Ads
  • Google Merchant Center
  • GA4 & GTM
  • Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end independently
