Description:
We are hiring a full-time onsite GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert with coding expertise to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM, strong Computer Science fundamentals, and hands-on experience with JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks to build custom automations, integrations, and advanced CRM solutions.
Beyond standard GHL functions, the role also requires expertise in voice agents, conversational AI, social media planners, and A2P 10DLC compliance — ensuring that our CRM setup is both cutting-edge and compliant with global communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and manage workflows, funnels, and campaigns in GoHighLevel.
- Develop custom JavaScript functions, scripts, and webhooks to extend CRM capabilities.
- Integrate GHL with third-party apps via APIs and automation platforms.
- Design, configure, and manage voice agents and conversational AI workflows.
- Set up and manage social media planners within GHL for content scheduling and automation.
- Ensure A2P 10DLC compliance for SMS campaigns and handle related registrations.
- Create, test, and optimize email/SMS campaigns, funnels, and pipelines.
- Debug and resolve issues in real-world CRM and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align CRM workflows with business goals.
- Maintain clear documentation for all integrations, automations, and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Strong JavaScript coding skills (other scripting languages a plus).
- Experience with APIs, custom webhooks, and CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with voice agents, conversational AI, and social media planners in GHL.
- Knowledge of A2P 10DLC compliance for SMS campaigns.
- Strong background in Process Automation, Workflow Design, and Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with email/SMS marketing funnels, CRMs, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English for documentation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
- Must be available onsite in Islamabad (no remote option).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or N8N for extended automations.
- Knowledge of Python or Node.js for advanced automation.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
