Go-to-market (gtm) Lead

 

Description:

Own outbound GTM execution end-to-end and help take the company from zero to first meaningful traction.

You’ll be responsible for building ICPs, launching outbound campaigns, closing early customers, and setting up repeatable revenue systems.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) & buyer personas
  • Build targeted lead lists using Apollo & Clay
  • Set up and manage outbound email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warm-up)
  • Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for deliverability
  • Launch, optimize, and scale cold email & LinkedIn outbound campaigns
  • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously with A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Manage CRM, pipelines, and reporting in HubSpot
  • Drive deals through the full sales lifecycle, from first touch to close

Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly or Lemlist, email warm-up tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Zapier or Make, and deliverability testing tools.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong GTM / outbound sales background with measurable results
  • Proven experience generating USD 1M+ in revenue via outbound lead generation
  • Experience working with early-stage startups
  • Bonus: experience with Pakistani startups expanding into UAE / MENA
  • Highly confident in persona definition, messaging, and campaign design
  • Comfortable with commission-driven compensation and performance ownership
