Global Sales Marketing Manager

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Marketing Manager – Global Sales to drive growth, strengthen our presence, and new business development initiatives in the US, UK, and European markets.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have core sales and marketing experience in the towel sector with a strong focus on business development, global market expansion, and B2B sales growth. This role requires deep industry insight, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build long-term international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development strategies for US, UK, and European markets.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities, clients, and distribution channels globally.

* Manage and expand relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.

* Conduct market research to identify trends, new markets, and competitor activities.

* Lead promotional activities, trade shows, and targeting global buyers.

* Drive revenue growth through proactive business development efforts and client acquisition .

* Coordinate with production and design teams to align products with market demands.

* Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the towel industry (Marketing/Sales/Business Development).

* Strong network and in-depth knowledge of US, UK, and European home textile markets.

* Proven track record in business development, global marketing, and B2B sales growth.

* Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and expand international business.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
