Description:
- Research and interpret qualitative and quantitative company-specific information, news, financial and statistical data from various sources
- Support Sales team efforts by producing company-specific research as assigned by the manager
- Must be able to maintain quality and relevance of the response to clients’ queries
- Learn and utilize the response automation and the CRM
- Dependability and professional attitude, especially work schedule flexibility, to meet the project deadlines
- Attention to details and ability to handle tight deadlines with quality and completeness
- Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment where most of the tasks are required to be accomplished during North American business hours.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree: BBA/MBA
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience
- Timings: 2pm to 10pm
- At least six (6) months experience in an international/English language (North American) contact center program
- Excellent skills in managing Word documents as well as formatting and managing visuals (in various formats) for Word and Excel documents
- Good Communication skills
