Description:
The General Store Manager will oversee central General Store, ensuring every stock item is promptly recorded in the Odoo ERP and on Excel by you personally, and that physical counts match system balances at all times. Your primary focus will be data integrity, daily entries, cycle counts, and tight control of receipts and issues—rather than multi‑warehouse logistics.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPersonally maintain 100 % accurate ERP and Excel entries for every receipt, issue, and adjustment in real time.
- Conduct daily spot checks and weekly cycle counts; investigate and reconcile any variances immediately.
- Coordinate with Procurement for Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and with Production for Material Issue Notes (MINs) to keep system and physical stock perfectly aligned.
- Monitor stock levels against min–max thresholds and alert Procurement when reorder is required.
- Enforce FIFO/FEFO, clear bin‑labeling, and 5S housekeeping in the store area.
- Prepare a concise daily stock‑accuracy dashboard for management review.
- Secure the store area, control access, and train storekeepers and helpers on documentation accuracy and safe handling.
- Minimum QualificationsAdvanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Odoo or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on store/inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.
