Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a commercially driven 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 to lead the growth of its 4×4 Pickup Vehicle line. This strategic role requires a seasoned leader to drive revenue, strengthen market positioning, and lead impactful sales and marketing initiatives.

 

 

🔷 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

Lead nationwide sales, marketing, and business development for the pickup/LCV segment, ensuring growth across both 𝐁2𝐁 (𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁2𝐂 (𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥/𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞) markets.

 

🔷 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Drive Nationwide Sales strategy and revenue growth

- Expand retail, corporate, and government segments

- Lead 360° marketing (digital, ATL, BTL, launches)

- Strengthen and grow the 3S dealer network

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

- Manage Sales & Marketing P&L and lead high-performing teams

 

🔷 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

✔ Proven leadership in sales & marketing operations

✔ Experience across B2B and B2C channels

✔ Strong automotive industry network and dealer management expertise

✔ Data-driven mindset with CRM & digital funnel experience

✔ Exposure to Pickup / LCV / SUV and fleet sales preferred

 

🔷 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

- Master’s degree (MBA preferred)

- 12–15+ years in Automotive Sales & Marketing

- 5+ years in senior leadership roles

- Strong dealer network and fleet sales exposure

- Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools
