Description:
The General Physician's role is to provide comprehensive medical care to patients, emphasizing preventive measures and health promotion. A general physician will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, collaborate with specialists, and contribute to the overall well-being of patients of Noor Care Health Network.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing common ailments such as colds, flu, and diabetes.
- Administering medication topically, orally, and via intravenous or intramuscular injections.
- Prescribing appropriate medications and lifestyle alterations.
- Inspecting and updating patients' charts.
- Refer patients to specialists for further testing and treatment, if required.
- Refer patient's Labs to the partner Lab service via provided medium.
- Anticipating and responding to patients' wellness-related questions and concerns.
- Mentoring clinical staff and monitoring their practice within the established protocols.
- Creating and issuing invoices and maintaining all relevant data of the patient in the system Reconcile the fee collection by end of every month with the accounts department.
- Ensure the implementation of all the applicable indicators that are mentioned in SHCC guidelines for GP clinics from SDS.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) with 02 or more years of clinical experience.
- Registration with the governing health professions board.
- Adherence to health and ethical codes, including when under duress.
- Personable, supportive disposition.
