General Manager Procurement

Rafi Group is looking for General Manager Procurement

The incumbent would be required to:

Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, forecast price and market trends, evaluate challenges and taking actions to mitigate risks

Preparing, implementing and evaluating the best practices, strategies, policies, processes and SOPs to aid and improve organizational performance.

Establishing and maintaining strategic venders/ supplier relationship, negotiating terms and preparing contracts to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms

Preparing and managing the purchasing budgets, forecasts, proposals, variance analysis and different reports as required

Requirement: Bachelor / Master must have 12-15 years of experience
