General Manager Operations

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of General Manager Operations – Rawalpindi

Qualification: BBA or related field required; M.B.A. preferred
Experience: 5-8 Years
Locations: Rawalpindi
Responsibilities:

1- Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the amusement and recreational facility
2- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained and that visitors have a positive experience
3- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations and safety standards
4- Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met, including revenue, expenses, & profit
5- Supervise and train staff, and ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet operational needs
6- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
7- Oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment, facilities, and grounds, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
8- Monitor industry trends and competition, and develop strategies to stay competitive
9- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community groups
10- Report to the executive leadership team on operations and provide regular updates on the performance of the facility
